On December 8th, Dr. Erin Hilgart will lead an interactive webinar session, “Rethinking Organizational Change Management in 2020” hosted by Teachers College, Columbia University. Hilgart’s research is focused on ‘HOW’ change happens; specifically, how professionals successfully upskill and shift for changing expectations. This topic quickly became ever-so-central in 2020, as numerous factors spurred organizations to find new ways to embrace change – including the Global Pandemic, a renewed focus on anti-racism, and political dynamics. In this session, we will reflect on your own personal journey in 2020 as a way to explore the landscape of change management.
